"Commuter Fantasy"
Official reissue of this 1981 disco gem. Pedestrians, a.k.a songwriter Steve Warwick and producers Steve Jolley & Tony Swain had only one release, and this is it. 'Commuter Fantasy' became a cult classic in the 80's with it's subdued cosmic disco sounds, hint's of sci-fi, and melencholic funk.
Staying true to the original 12", we've included the spaced out, enigmatic vocal track 1984. Playing on the the notions and sounds of 70's Glam and Cosmic, 1984 is a pop snapshot of the band. To accompany these two originals we have 2 mixes of Commuter Fantasy, from Tub & Boom and Nang's own Lusty Zanzibar, both bringing their contemporary Nu-Disco flair to the table to dazzling effect.
