'We Are Ready' is an appropriate title for these Baltic newcomers as the tracks certainly got us all frisky here at Nang
Proper Heat are from sunny Lithuania. They just completed some well received remixes for label mates D-Pulse and also Ecce. Fronted by Martin Virgin we are thrilled to be popping Martin's cherry with their first release on Nang.
Lead track 'We Are Ready' is a slice of slow-mo disco electro. Dulcet vocal tones enhance the grooves with a laid back chiller of a song and melody. We include both the vocal and instrumental versions. Tokyo based, Max Essa, is deployed on remix action and he duly delivers. Veering away from his sunny-side Balearic grooves he houses things up but keeps it all in the disco department. His vocal and dub versions are included.
'Dance Above' completes the EP with its stabby bass and swirling arpeggiated Baltic-disco grooves.
